Because our services involve the investment of time, expertise, and resources, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom professional services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
All projects require an advance payment (deposit) before work begins. This advance payment covers initial planning, research, resource allocation, and early project work. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time and resources already committed to your project.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

For projects structured around milestones, each milestone payment becomes non-refundable upon the client’s written approval of that milestone. If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, the client is liable for payment of all completed and in-progress work up to the cancellation date. SimpleDev will deliver all completed work upon receipt of any outstanding dues.
For monthly retainer agreements (maintenance, marketing, SEO, etc.):

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution before any formal dispute process is initiated.
SimpleDev reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date and will apply to all new engagements from that date onwards.
